Born in South Philadelphia, Bre’Anna was raised in South Jersey. She is a sophomore studying Journalism with an Italian minor at St. John’s University. She is passionate about reading, writing and volunteering. After graduation, her intentions are to become a broadcast journalist, and one day, cover live news from Italy.
Bre’Anna was bullied during 5th-7th grade for being overweight which led her to being depressed and suicidal. She had multiple suicide attempts until she went to counseling and received the help she needed. Fast forward to her senior year of high school, her insecurities led her to seeking validation in the wrong places. Her past has shaped her into the woman she is today. Although Bre’Anna is still a work in process, she is using her struggles to help others.
“An aspiring journalist with a passion for empowering women & drinking good lemonade.”
